1. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM

Paavai Foundation is committed to maintaining transparency, accountability, and responsible communication with all stakeholders.

Any concerns, complaints, grievances, or policy-related issues may be submitted through the Foundation’s designated communication channels.

The Foundation will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge and review submitted grievances within a reasonable time period.

2. DATA RETENTION POLICY

Paavai Foundation may retain collected information for operational, regulatory, financial, legal, and reporting purposes.

Information retention periods may include:

• Donation and financial records — retained according to applicable statutory and accounting requirements
• Volunteer and internship applications — retained for operational and selection purposes
• Communication records — retained for service improvement and support purposes
• Website analytics information — retained for website optimization and performance monitoring

Information no longer required may be securely removed or anonymized where appropriate.

3. RECURRING DONATION AUTHORIZATION

Users selecting recurring donation options authorize Paavai Foundation and its approved payment partners to process periodic payments according to the selected contribution schedule.

Recurring contributions may include:

Issuance of tax-related receipts and documentation may require accurate donor information including:

• Program communication
• Publications
• Website content
• Social media communication
• Campaigns

is managed responsibly and with consideration toward dignity, privacy, and safeguarding standards.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, manipulation, or misuse of child-related content is prohibited.

6. WEBSITE ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

7. FORCE MAJEURE

Paavai Foundation shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform obligations resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Network disruptions
• Civil disturbances

Such circumstances shall not constitute a breach of obligations.
