Key Responsibilities

• Design creative and engaging social media posts, campaign creatives, awareness materials, and promotional content
• Create posters, banners, brochures, invitations, presentations, and other branding materials
• Support administrative teams with visual designs for reports, internal communication, and documentation requirements
• Develop creative concepts aligned with Paavai Foundation’s branding and campaign objectives
• Ensure consistency in design quality across all digital and print materials
• Coordinate with content and social media teams to deliver designs within deadlines
• Edit and enhance images, graphics, and visual assets when required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Graphic Design
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW, or similar design software
• Strong understanding of social media design trends and visual storytelling
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and time management skills
