CSR HEAD – SOUTH INDIA

Position Overview

Paavai Foundation is seeking a passionate, strategic, and impact-driven professional to join as CSR Head to strengthen partnerships, expand institutional engagement, and lead relationship-building initiatives across South India.

This is a full-time leadership role designed for individuals who believe in sustainable social impact, collaborative development, and long-term community transformation.

The selected candidate will represent Paavai Foundation across corporate, institutional, philanthropic, and social impact ecosystems while supporting the Foundation’s mission in child development, education, healthcare, disability inclusion, community development, and care systems.

About Paavai Foundation

Paavai Foundation – Care for Life is an Integrated Child Development Foundation committed to building sustainable impact through child welfare, education support, nutrition initiatives, healthcare access, disability inclusion, youth development, elderly care, and community outreach programs across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead CSR partnership development and institutional engagement initiatives

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate organizations, foundations, and strategic partners

• Represent Paavai Foundation in meetings, events, conferences, and partnership discussions

• Develop CSR proposals, concept notes, presentations, and partnership strategies

• Coordinate with internal program teams for implementation alignment

• Travel extensively across South India for meetings, field visits, and partnership activities

• Support donor engagement, reporting, and relationship management

• Strengthen Paavai Foundation’s visibility within the social impact ecosystem

Eligibility & Requirements

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Female candidates preferred

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Passion for social impact and development sector work

• Professional relationship management ability

• Leadership mindset with strong coordination skills

• Ability to represent the organization with professionalism and clarity

Language Requirements

Candidates should be proficient in:

• English

• Hindi

• Telugu / Tamil / Kannada (any one or more preferred)

Travel Requirement

Extensive travel across South India is mandatory for this role.
