Mrs. Venilla Rathinasamy, M.Sc. Psychology, serves as the President of Paavai Foundation, bringing together academic depth, psychological expertise, and disciplined institutional leadership.
With a strong foundation in psychology and a profound understanding of human behavior, she has dedicated her work to building structured systems of care for vulnerable children and communities. Her approach integrates emotional intelligence with operational clarity ensuring that every program addresses both developmental growth and psychological well-being.
